KSH will publish detailed final trade data March 30. Imports were up 20.8% in January from a year earlier, while exports rose 20.1%. In December 2006, imports rose 12% and exports were up 13.5% from a year earlier. Some 82% of Hungary's total exports were sent to European Union countries and 69% of total imports came from E.U. members, the KSH said. News.com are reporting that by doing this he wants to prevent error-ridden portrayals of his creation.Actually Richard Silver has every reason to celebrate. After all, the ‘Electric Slide’ which, according to his web site, he invented specially for the opening of a disco, is well regarded. The dance is so popular that one or two celebrities have already included it as an interlude in their own shows.
HC asks firm not to use Infosys trademark
New Delhi, Feb. 11 (PTI): The Delhi High Court has directed computer education institute, Park Infosys, not to use the word Infosys in its name, as it is a registered trademark of IT giant Infosys. Delivering the judgment on trademark infringement suit filed by Infosys Technologies Ltd, Justice Gita Mittal said, "There can be no manner of doubt that use by the defendant (computer institute) is likely to result in confusion and the same has propensity of diverting customers and business of the plaintiff (Infosys) to the defendant,". "The service range of the defendant is also similar to that of the plaintiff (Infosys). In this view of the matter, I am of the considered view that the plaintiff (Infosys) is entitled to a decree for injunction as prayed for," Justice Gita Mittal said.
